Brief intake · /book
Submit a brief. We’ll reply with a scoped quote, a pilot, and a confirmed flight window within one business day.
This is the single intake channel for commercial aerial assignments at AirPictorial — not a generic contact form. Briefs are triaged the same business day by a studio coordinator and routed to a certified Part 107 pilot-cinematographer in one of our four U.S. hubs.
The brief
Tell us what you need, where, and when.
Left column: scope — project type, location, target dates, deliverables, usage rights. Right column: logistics — who we’re working with and how to reach you. All fields are reviewed by a coordinator before any pilot is assigned.
What happens next
From brief to final files — in four steps.
Every AirPictorial assignment follows the same studio pipeline. Average end-to-end turnaround from shoot to final delivery: 68 hours.

01
Brief triage
Same business day
A studio coordinator reviews scope, deliverables, and airspace. You receive a scoped quote, a pilot profile, and a confirmed availability window within one business day of submission.
-
02
Scout & airspace
Days 1–5
The pilot-cinematographer performs a desktop scout and, where required, files LAANC or a Section 333 waiver for controlled or restricted airspace.
-
03
Flight execution
On shoot day
One certified Part 107 pilot, one aircraft from our 11-aircraft owned fleet, and AirLog live review — clients comment and approve shots in real time during the flight.
-
04
72-hour delivery
Within 3 days of wrap
Raw DNG to broadcast-ready ProRes 4444 graded in-house. Files are cleared for the agreed usage rights tier and delivered via secure transfer, fully licensed.
An assurance
“Every brief is received by a credentialed studio — a licensed Part 107 pilot-cinematographer, a $5M liability policy, and a broadcast-grade 8K pipeline — not a freelancer marketplace.”
One last thing
A studio coordinator will reply within one business day — with a scoped quote, a pilot, and a confirmed flight window.
Your brief is not a lead. It is a project file. We triage every submission the same day and respond with what we can deliver, what it costs, and when the aircraft can be on site.
