Every brief is triaged by a studio coordinator within one business day. You will receive a scoped quote, pilot availability, and a proposed flight window based on your location and target dates.

What information should I include in the brief?

Project type (real estate, hospitality, construction, film, editorial), shoot location with address or coordinates, target shoot window, deliverables needed (stills, 4K/8K motion, orthomosaic), and intended usage rights. Site plans, mood references, and previous campaign examples can be uploaded directly with the form.

Do you operate nationwide?

What deliverables are included with usage rights?

Every image and clip is delivered as broadcast-ready ProRes 4444 with a license cleared for unlimited web, print, out-of-home, and broadcast use. Stock and editorial licensing through our 48,000+ image library is also available.

Can you fly in restricted or controlled airspace?

Yes. Our operations team files LAANC authorizations and secures waivers per project. Restricted airspace flights are confirmed only after documented waiver approval and are scoped individually.

What is the typical turnaround from shoot to delivery?

Standard projects are delivered within 72 hours of the final flight. Projects exceeding 20 flight hours are scoped with a custom delivery calendar agreed during briefing.

Within 3 days of wrap

Raw DNG to broadcast-ready ProRes 4444 graded in-house. Files are cleared for the agreed usage rights tier and delivered via secure transfer, fully licensed.
