A studio that lives at altitude
AirPictorial began when a commercial photographer and a licensed drone pilot realized their two trades kept being hired separately and billed twice for the same shot. The studio they built merges the two disciplines: every aircraft is flown by a certified Part 107 pilot-cinematographer, someone who understands both the airspace rules and the frame. That combination is the difference between footage that looks like an insurance record and footage that sells a building.
What we shoot
Our work spans several distinct practices, each with its own crew and kit:
- Commercial cinematography — broadcast-grade aerial video for real estate, hospitality, and construction clients, shot on cinema-spec drones and delivered color-graded.
- Orthomosaic mapping — survey-accurate aerial maps and 3D models for construction progress, land development, and agriculture.
- Editorial and event coverage — controlled airspace work for agencies and productions, planned with full regulatory paperwork.
How a project runs
It starts with a flight plan, not a quote. We review airspace, weather windows, and the shots you actually need, then submit the plan with a fixed price and a delivery date. Standard turnaround is 72 hours from final flight to delivery, with files licensed for unlimited marketing use — you will not hear from us again about usage fees. Safety is unglamorous but non-negotiable: equipment is inspected before every mission, and we fly within the rules even when nobody is watching.
From a single flagship property shoot to a year-long construction documentation contract, AirPictorial turns altitude into advantage for clients across North America. If your project deserves a view that ground-level photography cannot give you, our pilots are ready to plan the flight.
